About Us
BeyondBeads is a social enterprise founded on 2nd February 2022 with the mission of transforming plastic waste into fashionable, eco-friendly accessories. We combine environmental conservation with entrepreneurship, creating sustainable livelihoods and reducing plastic pollution in Tanzania.

To turn plastic waste into beauty while empowering women and youth through eco-fashion innovation, sustainable livelihoods, and environmental conservation.

To create a sustainable world where plastic waste is transformed into beauty, empowering communities and protecting the environment.
Mission
To recycle plastic waste into fashionable accessories while equipping women and youth with creative skills for entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods.
Goal
To reduce plastic pollution in Tanzania, empower at least 100 women and youth annually, and build a self-sustaining social enterprise that generates income and promotes eco-fashion innovation.
